The present investigation had special focus on the international mobility of the African students from Cabo-Verde and Guiné-Bissau, participating in the international undergraduate program firmed by the Brazilian government and some African countries through the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte state inserted in the general process of academic internationalization that was developed by the process of international globalization. The aim was to analyze how is going the social and academic insertion of the students concerning those ones undergrudating in architecture and Urbanianization, Computational Engineering and Medicine. we used a quantitative and qualitative metodogy first using interviews with 16 subjects; half of them students and the other half teachers for analyses we used the AD (speech analysis) of French orientation with the following discursive items: mobility motivations, foreigner national register, ethnic identification, ethnic racial relations and the program and its development according to the social practices of the university. The quantitative research was made using questionnaires applied to 40 students from all field of knowledge. For data analyses the SPSS program and also, the Google Doc. were used the results been showed through tables and graphics. We could see that the majorities of the students of the program are from Cabo Verde and Guiné-Bissau, as a consequence of the historical and socials similarities between the countries involved and that the links between Brazil and the PALOPS countries do not assegurates insertion and success in their academics activities’ but demands a process of adaptation that includes affirmative action of nationality caused by the social and economics differences among the covenants countries. We Can see that, course of Medicine, presented the best success index, followed, by architecture e Computational Engineering. the majorities of the students are from the masculine gender, more than fifty percent came from Cabo Verde, the other half came from Guiné-Bissau. No one ever concluded the computational science curse, because of this bad performance of the African students in the PEC-G, program the university decided for no more scholarship for African students,. but we must emphasize that the index of conclusion of all the analyzed courses are in the average very low and the PEC-G students together with the afrobrazilians are a minority in those ones .
