This study aims to analyze how the Social Worker's role can contribute to the development of socio-educational actions in SEM TERRA I. This study also sought to know the stages of social technical work in SEM TERRA I, to identify the socio-educational actions developed by the Social Work professional and to investigate how activities and actions can contribute to community organization, as well as to search through Of its work, its "autonomy and emancipation" of the citizen. The research was based on bibliographical studies, documentary and field research through the application of a semi-structured questionnaire to 30 (thirty) people containing closed and open questions. The research is descriptive in nature with a quantitative and qualitative approach, since it is one of the most used in the human and social sciences, because it allows the researcher to have ample freedom to carry out the study.
It should be emphasized that the practical understanding of this dissertation was based on the research, perception and analysis of the results obtained in the course of this work, also sought to address the context of housing policy emphasizing the work of the Social Worker in the development of socio-educational activities in housing, Because it is imperative to understand that education is also a social practice.
