The goal is to analyze what is the process of rehabilitation and its importance, especially for young offenders initially making a characterization of the institutions where the process takes place, highlighting the possibilities and difficulties in carrying out the project, especially with the development of a process of teaching and learning that encourages the resumption of social life. For a more detailed study it was considered as a case study the Community Socio-Educational Services (CASE) Juiz de Melo Matos de Feira de Santana, Bahia, first performing a contextualization training process in Feira de Santana, showing how it interferes in unequal conditions of society, expanding the possibilities of higher rates of urban violence, then to understand how the process of resocialization occurs on site.
