This paper presents an analytical pedagogical training on the school, its mission from the
beginning and the cultural and social changes that occurred to the present day, with the
behavioral changes of human values in the societies to which they belong, in order to conduct
the focus analysis for the Foundation Degree in Integrated Buildings IFS, Campus Aracaju,
some elements in this course, which may be taken into account in the study of the contents of
physics, aimed at reorganizing curriculum best suited to the formation of critical and active
citizen. With the emergence of schools and therefore the University, went missing school
curricula that attempt to define the profile of the student after their training, targeting the labor
market. During this time, sociologists and educators, in general, concerned with students'
citizenship, demanded the inclusion of universities in their curricula, disciplines that include
human behavioral values, mainly citizenship. The research analyzes the discrepancies
occurring in the pedagogical processes of education, where teaching and learning are quite
fragmented, outdated and far from reality desired. In the construction or redesign curricula,
classical and contemporary theorists define the participation of educational agents and others,
especially the teacher for his performance within the institution. The principle of
interdisciplinarity is emphasized as a process that involves the integration and engagement of
teachers and disciplines able to overcome the fragmented areas of teaching general and
technical knowledge, especially through educational projects. The research developed
characterized as a case study associated with other methods of descriptive research approach,
as qualitative and desk research. Performs technical and critical analysis of the Plan's
Technical Course on Integrated Building, Planning Pedagogical Political Institution and also
in detail, the contents of physics as prerequisites for the technical disciplines. It is used as
instruments, interviews, listen to their teachers, and questionnaires to students of 3rd and 4th
years, seeking to identify needs for improvement of teaching and learning. Data from the
research point to the need for curriculum reform using the principle of interdisciplinarity as a
safe process to remedy the shortcomings identified. Research shows: the lack of knowledge of
pedagogy, sociology and psychology, from teachers, from their academic gaps that they have
not allowed the crucial problems facing the course, such as high dropout and assessment of
graduates and Course in the labor market.
