Abstract
The present research aims at investigating the process of implementation of the National Curriculum Guidelines (NCG) in Administration courses, in order to observe the higher educational institutions (HEI), with regard to vocational training of the administrator, directing such study to three main thematic pillars: deployment process and suitability of NCG, the professional profile of the administrator and teacher training. Initially, we revisit the administration courses and their deployment path in Brazil, in the State of Bahia, in particular at city of Feira de Santana, semi-arid city of theBahia State.The work is developed based on theoretical and field research, which enabled important reflections of how the nature of the actions of the HEI practice as to the appropriateness of NCG in administration of the municipality, pointing through the analysis of results new practices and actions that allow to decrease the distance between the conducting of courses and pedagogical practices that may contribute to the vocational training of the administrator.Seeking to provide effective incentives for HEIs in regard to the pedagogical training of teachers, and the conduction of new practices and actions, which will enable a new path guided by the inseparable partnership between Higher Education Institutions, teachers and students.Date of Award | 2018 |
