Abstract

To work as teachers in the current situation of Brazilian education is a challenge for new graduates teachers, especially because the context indicates the appearance of the various institutions of higher education, both public as private, that propose to offer graduate courses "quality "or to suggest the acquisition of resources required for the candidate to develop their profession safely. This investigation tries to analyze the perceptions of graduates in writing as their initial training and the characterization of approaches in didactic transposition in the curricula of Undergraduate courses in Literature. From the analysis of the data made after research conducted through interviews, it may be noted that the interviews show that they conceive they do not feel prepared for the teaching profession with the skills and knowledge acquired in the Bachelor's Degree in Letters a Higher Education Institution (HEI) of Northeast Private Network Dollars. Of teaching-learning process of these graduates is characterized by the shortcomings of devices indicated in interviews, among others, the absence of skills and knowledge, contributes to insecurity; the distancing of theory and practice, and not functionality internship at training to teaching. But the course despite the problems identified, had, in general, any approval of graduates.
