Abstract
The article intends to evaluate the distributed leadership of the grouping of AEBA schools in Setubal, Portugal, for this purpose, said grouping is chosen as a case of analysis. An in-depth interview, content, and discourse analysis of the 2022-2023 academic year are carried out with the Atlas.ti 9 program. The results show that notable school results are achieved through evaluation strategies. Since its inauguration in 2009 until now, performance has been on the rise. As conclusions, the AEBA is an organization that is open and transparent to the community, characteristics that have brought valuable traits to a new and emerging example of LD in the education sector. The director agreed in the speech and action, as could be verified in the visit, committed in the social, ethical, and pedagogical aspects with public education, which was considered valuable due to its transformative function.
