Abstract
To survive and thrive in today's business environment, organizations must adapt to and capitalize on the challenges posed by constant change. This requires adopting strategies that provide swift, flexible, and innovative responses to the global market, while also enhancing management capabilities to restructure both internal and external competencies. Since the 1980s, there has been a marked increase in investment in information technology (IT), viewed as a critical resource for success. IT plays a key role in shaping business strategies, but the financial benefits and expected returns are often difficult to quantify and track. This paper introduces a framework to help organizations identify and monitor the benefits of IT investments, enabling them to drive internal transformation in response to an ever-changing business landscape.
