DESENVOLVIMENTO E VALIDAÇÃO DE UM INSTRUMENTO DE AVALIAÇÃO PARA OS ESPORTES COLETIVOS

The aim of this work was to validate an instrument for the assessment of essential skills in team sports. This is a descriptive, qualitative and quantitative research. We used specialists to validate the content of the developed indicators. The instrument was evaluated for clarity in language, practical relevance, theoretical relevance and theoretical dimension. Data was collected and subjected to statistical analysis with content validation coefficient (CVC) to determine the content validation. The results show means above the cutoff value (0.80) in all criteria. The CVCc-total for language clarity was 0.80, for theoretical relevance the index was 0.89, for practical relevance 0.90 and for the theoretical dimension the value found was 0.45. Thus, we conclude that the content of the indicators, in relation to the CVCc-total, reached satisfactory values, obtaining values equal to or higher than the cutoff value, demonstrating that the indicators are well grounded in theory and have the ability to assess team sports based on core competencies.
