Abstract
This article intends to share the evaluation results of a conflict mediation project developed in a portuguese school. Based on the evaluation of the project’s main dimensions, we used the decision-making oriented Stufflebeam’s CIPP model. The collected data, via focus group, was subjected to qualitative analysis with WebQDA software. The results showed a generally positive assessment. However, we detected cultural, institutional and procedural constraints. The evaluation results will contribute to define strategies, so that the project can find its place and carry on in this school.
