#SMIL4FOOD aims the development of Smart Magnetic Ionic Liquids (SMILs) for the highly selective extraction of added-value compounds from industrial food residues. This process can lead to new natural additives, nutraceuticals, and functional ingredients for pharmaceutical applications.
