Biography

Sara has been a tutor, lecturer, and PhD student in the Media Art course at Lusófona University since 2021. Her research area is related to exploring the performance linked to fashion shows, and how it may impact the viewer. Her interest in media art leads her to delve into areas such as technology, 3D, and all digital fields, with the aim of fostering interdisciplinary connections between media and fashion. She considers herself a creative and interdisciplinary person, whose goals will always involve exploring new forms of artistic expression and promoting integration between different areas of knowledge. Her passion for the fashion industry led her to pursue a degree in Fashion Design and Textile at ESART in Castelo Branco and then to a master's degree in Clothing and Textile Design, which she completed in 2021. She has collaborated with some fashion industries through internships, with her main focus always being to connect the field of fashion with education.
