Sabrina Medeiros holds a PhD in Political Science from IUPERJ (IESP). She has served as Associate Professor of International Relations at the Brazilian Naval War College, Professor at the Inter-American Defense College (Organization of American States), and at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a Research Leader at the InterAgency Institute and an Associate Researcher at the Portuguese National Defense Institute (IDN). Her areas of expertise include simulations, wargaming, and performance analysis in decision-making processes, as well as cooperation, maritime security, and defense.
