Biography
Rita Grácio é doutorada em Sociologia pela Universidade de Exeter (Reino Unido), tendo feito a sua licenciatura e mestrado em Sociologia na Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra. Actualmente, é Professora Auxiliar da Universidade Lusófona, e investigadora no CICANT, participando em projetos europeus, tais como CresCine, filmEU+, WIRE, Cyanotypes, Rita Grácio tem apresentando a sua investigação em várias conferências nacionais e internacionais (ESA 2021, 2016, 2013, 2009; IAMCR 2021, ECREA2024, entre outras), e co-autorou capítulos de livros e artigos em várias revistas, tais como Convergence, Comedy Studies, Journal of Creative Industries and Cultural Studies, Museum International, Working with Older People, entre outras.
