Biography
Rita Grácio é doutorada em Sociologia pela Universidade de Exeter (Reino Unido), tendo feito a sua licenciatura e mestrado em Sociologia na Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra. Actualmente, é investigadora no âmbito do projecto muSEAum sedeado no CICANT, da Universidade Lusófona, onde também lecciona Comportamento Organizacional. Rita Grácio trabalha na academia desde 2008, em vários projectos financiados pela FCT, em diversos centros de investigação (Centro de Estudos Sociais da Universidade de Coimbra, IPCDSH-UC, CECL-Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, NOVA SBE). Os seus interesses de investigação são na área da sociologia da cultura e das artes, organizações e grupos culturais, carreiras, identidades, estudos de género, comunicação e culturas digitais, Indústrias Culturais e Criativas, privilegiando metodologias qualitativas.
