MARIA ISABEL ALVES DUARTE

Full Professor at Universidade Lusófona, and Scientific Coordinator of the Degree in Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Organizations of Universidade Lusófona. She holds a PhD in Sociology from the Westfaeliche Wilhelms Universitaet Muenster. She has more than 25 years' experience in Human Resources Management and Business Management, as a university lecturer and as a consultant. She has published widely in the field of Human Resources Management.
