Biography

Hugo Alonso graduated in Mathematics Applied to Technology at the University of Porto, in 2002, and obtained his Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics, in 2008, from the same university. He is an Assistant Professor at the Universidade Lusófona do Porto and an Invited Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Aveiro. His research interests include dynamical systems analysis, identification and control, neural networks and statistics.
