Biography

Ana Paula Silva holds a PhD in Epistemology of Sciences by NOVA ¿ New University of Lisbon, being a teachers¿ trainer since 1998. Between 2009-2014, she was a Coordinator Professor of the Polytechnic in charge of the scientific direction of two master courses in Educational Administration, and Pedagogical Supervision and Educators Training, in the Higher Education Institute Almeida Garrett, COFAC, Lisbon. Up to the present she has supervised over 30 master dissertations and doctoral thesis on Educational Leadership and Pedagogical Supervision. She is currently an invited Professor of the Institute of Education, ULHT, and an integrated research member of CeiED/IE/UHLT representing this institution in EPNoSL since 2011 and in Erasmus+ School Leadership Toolkit for Accelerating Achievement (2014-2016).
