Organic unit dedicated to teaching and research in the fields of sport, physical education and well-being.
More than 1500 students and athletes constitute the essential part of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Universidade Lusófona, with the aim of training professionals at the highest level in the field of Physical Education, Sport, Exercise and Well-being, attending graduate courses (degree , Masters and PhD), postgraduate studies and playing sports in our Clubs.
In this broad, coherent and diversified offer of university training, we seek to respect and combine what is most consolidated in this area of knowledge, with the innovation resulting from new and emerging trends and social development needs.
Courses with adequate study plans and specialized and prestigious faculty are the fundamental pillars of the Faculty, which is based on the connection to the community. The protocols and cooperation with relevant entities in the professional field, in Sports, Physical Education and School Sports and in Exercise and Well-Being, Sports Clubs and, above all, a dynamic organization and leadership, focused on the learning and development of students, express the which is Lusófona Physical Education and Sport.
