It could all have started on a dance floor, but it began on a running track. Running to be accepted, to be someone, especially when we feel small. What do we do when we’re in the middle of a crowd? Who are we? How should we act? What do we show?
Each character has a unique story, with fears, anguish, intense feelings, difficult sensations, indecisions, dilemmas, failures, joys, dreams... Each considers themselves different from the others, and their inner world is populated by creatures that shame keeps hidden. They all come to understand that difference is not a sign of division or distance. Getting to know each other, opening up, and sharing experiences gradually reveals that the path of tolerance not only improves the life of those who are suffering, but also strengthens the entire community. The well-being of each person is the well-being of all.
